How it works
A documented process from your dock to final disposition
Seven stages, each with its own record. When your auditors ask what happened to a device, you'll have the answer.
Step 1
Request a quote
Tell us what you're retiring: an asset list export, a rough count by type, or photos. Include the location, site access details, and your timeline.
Scope intakeStep 2
Valuation & scope of work
We identify what has resale value and what needs recycling, then send a written plan covering collection method, destruction method, expected settlement, and any fees.
Written proposalStep 3
Secure collection
Our team packs, palletizes, and collects from your office, warehouse, or data center. For small or remote loads, we send prepaid shipping kits. Chain of custody starts with a signed transfer at your dock.
Chain-of-custody recordStep 4
Receiving & audit
Every asset is received in a secured area and logged by serial number, make, model, and condition, then reconciled against your pickup manifest.
Asset audit reportStep 5
Data sanitization
Drives are sanitized to NIST SP 800-88 with verification, or physically shredded. Failed drives, tapes, and media are always destroyed.
Certificate of destructionStep 6
Remarketing & recycling
Equipment with remaining life is tested, refurbished, and resold. Everything else is recycled through audited downstream partners. Nothing goes to landfill.
Recycling certificateStep 7
Settlement
You receive payment for resold assets along with an itemized settlement report showing what sold, for how much, and your share.
